- How does the rental process work?
- Browse our Collection and add items to your quote, or reach out directly. We'll prepare a personalized proposal within 24 hours. After confirmation, we handle delivery, and you handle the celebrating.
- What is your service area?
- We serve Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Leland, Carolina Beach, Kure Beach, Hampstead, and the greater Cape Fear region.
- Is there a minimum order?
- We have a modest rental minimum. Contact us for current details.
- Do you handle delivery, setup, and pickup?
- Yes! We deliver to your venue and pick everything up after. Setup and styling services are also available.
- Do you ship?
- While we don't ship our dinnerware and glassware, we regularly travel up and down the East Coast for events. Some pieces can be shipped, though. We're happy to mail rentals like our Drink Menu Books, along with any custom signage or day-of paper we design and print for you, such as dinner menus, name cards, and table numbers.
- What happens if something gets damaged?
- Minor wear is expected. For breakage or significant damage, replacement costs apply and are outlined in your rental agreement.
- Do you work with wedding planners and coordinators?
- We love collaborating with planners, florists, and event designers across the Cape Fear region.
